Their vision for opening a Goddard started with a desire to not only provide children with a consistent, nurturing, and top notch early educational experience but also to provide families with a joyful and meaningful experience for their family’s early childhood years. Lisa and Aaron also aim to be the best for their team by focusing on hiring only the best early childhood educators and investing in their development and engagement, ultimately, creating a great culture and environment for staff, children, and families!

    Sam has her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development. Sam is a trainer in "FLUENT SEEDS", and a certified trainer through RedCross in CPR and First Aid. In her spare time, Sam likes to Fish, and spend time with her 2 Great Danes and husband.

    Jess has an Associate of Science degree in Elementary Education. Jess has been working with children of all ages for more than ten years. Jess and her family live in the western suburbs. In Jess' free time she enjoys being outdoors, golfing, watching a good movie, and being around family and friends.

    Ana is so excited to work in the early childhood field. She loves kids and is excited to gain new experiences. Ana's goal is to go back to college and gain her degree.

    Andy is so excited to join our Goddard team of encouraging, exciting, and helpful teachers. He has been working with children for 19 years and he is so motivated to help these children learn the wonders of this world. Helping children explore and discover is what makes him happy and seeing them develop new skills is what keeps him going. Andy is ready to jump in and help create new memories with the little ones in our care!

    Babette comes to Goddard with lots of experience in Early Childhood. She has a love for all ages but if she had to choose her favorite age to work with would be infants. In Babette's free time she enjoys spending time with family. Her favorite childhood book is "Charlotte's Web".

  • Becca

    Becca has a BA in Criminal Justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Becca relocated to MN from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Becca has had many experiences working with children. Including teaching at different after school programs and summer camps. Becca was also a Resident Assistant on her campus, which was a very rewarding position. Not long after graduation Becca realized she didn’t want to stop working with children. Seeing a child grow and learn is so precious. Becca loves reading so much that she enjoys helping children learn their ABC’s which is a child’s first step in their reading journey. Becca’s favorite impactful book that she read was “The Little Engine that Could”. Reading this was when Becca realized books could help you grow, and transport you to other places.

    Caitlyn has been in childcare since she turned 18. She has her undergrad degree in psychology but has a true love and passion for children. Her favorite age to work with is toddlers because she likes to help with their big emotions. Caitlyn's favorite childhood book is "Broken Crayons Still Color".

    Fatima has been working with children of all ages for 10 years and recently received her CDA in toddlers and infants. She likes working with children because she loves being apart of the most important years of their development and watching them grow. Fatima's favorite children's book is "The Very Hungry Caterpillar".

    Fran has experience with all ages. She has been working with children since the age of 14 years old. Fran loves the energy and creativity in the minds of children. "I believe that's why I fell in love with working with children. Watching them grow, evolve, and learn is a gift." Fran's favorite childhood book is "I Love You Forever".

    Harper was born and raised a MN girl but is a recent graduate of Cornell College in Iowa. She has always loved working with children and chose it as her full time career as it is a fulfilling way to do what she loves, helping people of all ages. Harper's favorite childhood book series is "Elephant + Piggy".

    Josselin has been working in the early childhood field for the last 5 years. She loves working with kids as they bring her so much. She loves watching them grow with their creativity. There is so much to discover with their ever-growing minds.

    Kasey holds a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). Kasey has been teaching and working with toddlers for more than seven years. Kasey's favorite color is pink and her favorite animal is the cow! Kasey loves to dance and sing and to be silly with the children. Kasey's goal is to visit all of the National Parks someday!     Katelyn has a Bachelor degree in Elementary Education. Katelyn has worked in early childhood education for more than three years. When Katelyn isn't teaching littles she enjoy's kayaking, working on her neighbor's hobby farm, baking and attending concerts.

    Kelsey has a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and outdoor education from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. She has worked with different ages of kids throughout her career. She enjoys connecting with people and nature. Kelsey is excited to work with younger children because of their energy and enthusiasm.

    Lisa has a BA degree in Human Services. Lisa has been working in early childhood education for more than twenty five years! Lisa loves working with children and couldn't see herself doing anything else. Lisa's favorite book is "The Runaway Bunny" by Margaret Wise Brown.

  • Megan

    Megan has a bachelor's degree in Unified Early Childhood (general ed. and special ed; ages birth to 3rd grade) from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Megan has worked in various child care/school settings between Wisconsin and Minnesota for the past four years. Megan began her Goddard experience at the Lakeville location before transferring to the Medina location. In Megan's spare time she enjoys helping with her parents Alpaca business, taking walks with her husband and dog, crafting, singing and playing games on her Nintendo Switch. One item on Megan's bucket list is take a road trip to explore the Grand Canyon! Pronouns: she/her

    Rachel is currently pursuing her CDA in Infant/Toddler. Rachel loves working with younger children but will always help out with all ages. In her spare time, Rachel loves spending time with friends and family and reading books. Rachel's favorite childhood book is "Brown bear Brown Bear".

    Sam is currently pursuing an education degree. Sam has been teaching in early education for eight years working primarily with Infants & Toddlers. Sam chose to work in early childhood education because she loves forming bonds with the children and their families. Sam also loves watching them grow & develop into their next states of life. Sam's favorite book is "Slowly Slowly" by Eric Carle.

    Shauna earned a degree in Elementary Education with a speciality in Pre-primary (preschool to 6th grade) from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Shauna began her Goddard career at the Plymouth School in 2012. In 2016 when the Medina school opened Shauna was excited to transfer. Shauna enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years, the Vikings (SKOL), writing poetry, listening to 80's music, trips to the North Shore and the Minnesota fall season. Shauna also likes to help make others aware, of the condition she has, Neurofibromatosis (NF).

    Sydney is a recent graduate from Cornell college. She comes to Goddard with experience in all ages, infants to high school. Sydney loves to work with kids because she loves to laugh. In her free time, Sydney likes running and being outside.

    Anna has worked with children of all ages since 2007. Working in schools has always been a passion of hers and she has learned so much working along side some amazing people.. We are excited for Anna to be apart of our team!

  • Clarissa

    Since Clarissa was a little girl she has always dreamt of being a teacher. When it came time to decide what she wanted to do as a career she immediately knew she wanted to teach. Clarissa has worked with all ages but has a special love for the toddler/preschool age. Her favorite childhood game is Red Light Green Light.

    Emily recently became an aunt and discovered her love for Early Childhood Development. She wants to have a positive impact on children's growth. Her two favorite children's games are Simon says and freeze tag. Her favorite childhood stories are "Winnie the Pooh" and "Charlotte Web".

    Ethnee is a recent high school graduate and chose to work in childcare because she likes being able to provide a safe space for children while they explore the world. In her free time, Ethnee loves to read, bake, and spend time with her dog & chickens. Her favorite childhood book is If You Give a Moose a Muffin.

    Jacqueline graduated high school in 2022. She loves children and is excited to get to know your kiddos. One day she wants to go back to school for cosmetology.

    Jen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development and Family Science from NDSU. She has experience working with children from infants to elementary education. Jen has always enjoyed working with children and has two kids of her own with her husband. in the past, Jen got the opportunity to work with children in North Dakota, Illinois, as well as her in Minnesota. When she is not at work, Jen is spending her time cheering on her kids at all their sporting events.

    Jenny was a catechist at her church for four years. She graduated from Rockford Highschool in 2019. Jenny is currently pursuing her CDA. She loves working with children because of how much joy they can bring to the world

    Linda graduated from high school in 2020 and shortly after realized she loved school and learning. With these interests in mind she quickly realized she wanted to teach young children. She loves working with younger children because they teach you something new everyday. Linda's favorite children's book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar and her favorite children's song Mr. Sun.

    Madison has always loved caring for children and is the oldest of five siblings. She has worked with children in multiple different settings from VBS to pediatric experience at the Mayo hospital. Madison's favorite childhood book is "Where the Wild Things Are" & her favorite childhood song is "You Are My Sunshine".

  • Mia

    Mia likes to spend her free time outside and playing pickleball with her friends. Currently located in the Orono area, Mia is working on her high school education. Her favorite childhood book is "No, David, No."

  • Michelle

    Michelle has always known she wanted to work with children and is now pursuing her dream here at Goddard. In Michelle's free time she loves being outside and around her family. Michelle took on the title "Mom" in early 2022 to a sweet little boy.

    Millie is currently a senior at Wayzata high school. She has always had a passion for working with children as she loves building connections with them and their families. In her free time she loves being around her friends and family and being outdoors.

    Sandhya graduated from india with honors in History. She is excited to join our team and work with children, sharing her love for history with them. her favorite children's song is "The Wheels on the Bus".
